Fridays
are the days the students barter. They
have to have parental permission to bring items to school to barter with their
friends. This time is supervised by
Mrs. Kern. Bartering is part of our
Illinois Social Studies book.
Fourth
Graders need to be constantly practicing multiplication facts. We are starting long division and it is so much
easier if they know their facts.
Students
are encouraged to read books for the Accelerated Reading Program. I give extra credit in
March 2,
2010 Bag Book Report
(I gave
everyone a paper bag to use for the items.
It would look good if they decorated the bag.)

items that are important to the book)
