NOTES:

Summer Work:

Summer is a great time for everyone to read. Students should create a summer reading plan so that they may increase their reading skills. There is nothing like reading a book under the shadow of a tree. Take at least 30 min. a day this summer for a reading break.

Underlined words in the planner above are assigned work that will be collected and graded.

There will be Quiet Reading (QR) everyday in Literature Class. Each student should have a book they are reading. They will have the opportunity to read daily.

We have used all of our Kleenex boxes in my room. Few students brought their boxes in at the beginning of the year. Please bring in a box.

Reading begins at home!
