GENERAL
1. Time changes
this Sunday, Don’t forget to change all your clocks and watches. It will
“spring forward” one hour. We don’t want anyone late to school on Monday!!
2. We have some
time slots still open for P/T conferences; they are next Thursday and Friday.
Make sure to let your parents know.
3. All 7th
graders>>>Starting this year you will be paying class dues. Please pay $7.00 to
Kaley Day by March 22nd. This money is to help towards your 8th
grade class trip.
4. The office
has had a tough time getting students to pay for their phone calls when we send
out bills so starting next Monday, 3/15 all calls will have to be paid for at
the time of the call.
5. Today is the
big “PIE TOSS” for the Pennies for Patients fundraiser!!! It will be during
last hour. We will call you to the gym from the office.
6. Spring
Pictures will be taken on Monday, March 22nd. We will also be taking
VB and Track pictures. (Picture packets for sports are in the office)
7. Next week is
the spring Book Fair. It will be before school, at lunch time, after school and
at parent/teacher conferences.
SPORTS
8. 6th BBKB---Play
in the Bushnell Tourney this weekend. Good Luck
9. 5/6
VB—please turn in your clean polo shirts at the office ASAP.
10. 8th VB--- Way
to go West Prairie REGIONAL CHAMPS!!! Sectional play on Monday at 6 p.m. vs.
Unity. The game will be played at Brown County Middle School in Mt. Sterling.
BE THERE!
Track: There will
be an informational meeting Tuesday, 3/16 for parents and players at 6 p.m. in
the library.
